When will my photo play?

Your photo will play for 10 seconds, every hour from 7AM to 12AM on the date you picked. You will receive confirmation via email with the details.

Where is the billboard located?

The billboard is located directly on the boardwalk for all to see on the Sportland Arcade building at 506 S Atlantic Ave, Ocean City, MD 21842. Right across from Thrashers French Fries on the corner of the inlet parking lot.

How do I contact customer service?

You may send us an email at play@sportlandarcade.com or give us a call at (410) 289-4987.

  • You may submit your own personal photo. You must own the rights to the image as well as the rights to the content and people portrayed in it. You cannot submit a photo featuring smoking, nudity, sexual or violent content.

  • Yes, as long as you request for cancellation at least 24 hours prior to your display date and time. Please send an email to play@sportlandarcade.com.

  • No, once a photo has been uploaded and a booking submitted, the photo cannot be edited or changed.

  • Your photo should be square (1:1). Our suggested quality is 72dpi. If you send a photo with a lower quality, we will accept it, however, it is your responsibility to make sure you’re happy with the resolution you submitted.

  • You must be 18 years old or older to submit a photo.

  • You will always get 2 emails from us. The first one, just after you booked, confirmed we received your order for the date you picked. You will get the second email, confirming your hourly time slot, at least a day before the display date. If you don’t get an email confirmation from us within 1 hour of your booking, please send us an email at play@sportlandarcade.com confirming your date of display and your name and last name.

  • No, we do not accept advertisements. We will decline photos that promote a brand, business, or professional service.

Tickets
  • Yes, if you take a picture of the QR code on the back of the gamecard with your phone, you should get directed to our gamecard website Intercard. This website will show you your money and ticket balances.

  • No. Tickets and receipts from the prize counter never expire, and any balances on your cards will never disappear.

  • Our hours will change throughout the off season. 7 days/week in september down to saturday and sunday in december. And hours shorten down as well. Days begin to get added back in the springtime.

    We will try our best to keep them updated on here and google.
